Policies Terms

To ensure a smooth, professional and positive experience for all clients, we ask that you review the following policies before booking services, attend event/trainings or purchase products with Alchemist Path LLC, One Center, and Roxanne Story or their Affiliates.  These policies help create a clear understanding of expectations, responsibilities, and procedures for appointments, cancellations, prize redemptions, and more.

By engaging in any of our services--whether in person, online, or through affiliated products--you acknowledge and agree to these terms.  If you have any questions, please contact us before proceeding.

1. Age Requirement:

•  Sessions. are available for individuals 18 years and older.
• Clients under the age of 18 may be considered with parental approval and a pre-session discussion.  Approval is not guaranteed.
• For massage or facial services: A parent or guardian must be present and provide a signed consent form.

2. Mental Health & Well-Being:

· Our services are not a substitute for licensed therapy or medical advice. We encourage you to consult with your healthcare provider before booking.

3. Nature of Services:

• · We are not therapists.             

               Our services support personal growth and well-being, but results vary    based on individual inner work.

• No guarantees are made, and participation is at your discretion. By engaging with our products or services, you agree to hold Alchemist Path LLC, One Center, Roxanne Story, and affiliates harmless  from any claims or liabilities arising from your experience.

4. Updated Cancellation Policy (Reflecting 48 Hours) 

• ·48Hour Cancellation Policy:       We kindly request at least 48-hour notice for appointment cancellations or changes to avoid forfeiture of payment.  
• Failure to provide 48 hours' notice:   Results in the forfeiture of the session fee; no refunds will be issued or payment will need to be met before booking again.
• No-shows: The full appointment fee is forfeited and non-refundable or will need to be met prior to booking again.

5. Payment & Service Fee Update:

•  A 3% service fee will be applied to all credit card, Venmo, PayPal, Square transactions and any other service fees associated with processing payments.

6. Prize-Winning & Giveaway Terms: 

• Winners must redeem their prize within 3 months.  No extensions or carryovers will be granted.
• Prizes and giveaways hold no cash value and are non-refundable.
• Cancellations for free sessions: We appreciate at least 48 hours' notice.  Failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7.  Expiry of Services & Packaages

• All purchases, packages, and services must be used within 12 months of purchase. No carryovers or extensions will be granted.

E-Gift Card Policy

1. Redemption: E-Gift Cards are redeemable for services and products at Alchemist Path. They can be used for in-person or online service purchases.

2. Apple Wallet Compatibility: E-Gift Cards can be added to Apple Wallet for convenience. A device with a camera or scanner is required for this feature.

3. Expiration: E-Gift Cards do not expire unless required by law. Any remaining balance can be used for future purchases.

4. Non-Refundable: E-Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.

5. Balance Inquiries: Customers can check their balance through our website or by contacting us directly.

6. Lost or Stolen Cards: Alchemist Path is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of E-Gift Cards.

7. Designs: Choose from 34 active designs to personalize your E-Gift Card. Designs are subject to availability and may change over time.

8. Additional Terms: E-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or for tips.

Code of Professional Ethics:

As a QHHT® Certified Practitioner, I shall assist in maintaining the integrity and competence of the Hypnosis Profession by agreeing to abide by the following code of professional ethics.

1. I will conduct sessions at all times in a professional manner within a professional setting.

2. I will obey all federal, state and local laws and regulations concerning the practice of hypnosis.

3. All matters between practitioner and client shall be confidential. No third party shall have access to information given to the you by the client or the client’s session recording. Exceptions:

a) When the client has granted permission in writing to divulge private information

b) Where life is at risk by withholding private information

c) By force of law

4. Sexual activity shall not occur between practitioner and a client during the complete course of sessions from Practitioner and for a period of at least 2 years after the professional relationship has ended.

5. Practitioner shall have a responsible attitude in retaining the good name of hypnotist by attention to personal conduct.

6. Practitioner shall keep up to date with material and innovation in the field of hypnosis.

7. Prior to entering any professional relationship, practitioner shall disclose to the client the nature of the session, the purpose of the session, the anticipated length of the session, and potential cost of the session.

8. If during a session, information is disclosed that would suggest that a referral or consultation with other professionals would be appropriate, the session shall be terminated, and the referral or consultation shall be made if requested by the client.

9. If Practitioner is working by referral from another professional, practitioner shall only perform such services as are specified in the referral and shall terminate the relationship after such services are provided.

10. Practitioner shall terminate their relationship with a client when the client can no longer benefit from continued service.
