HOW TO PREPARE FOR QUANTUM HEALING HYPNOSIS SESSION

GETTING PREPARED for YOUR QHHT® SESSION

Several Day’s Before Your Session

Part 1

Writing Meaningful Questions

  • You will be writing meaningful questions that you would like the Higher Self to answer.  Be as clear and precise as possible as these questions help to determine the outcome of your session answers.  Please type or neatly write your well thought out questions in advance, prioritize the most important at the top in each category. 
  • Although technology is a wonderful resource, it is preferred to have these questions on paper, if you prefer to type and print them though this works too.
  • The most important way to prepare for the session is to intend, from the very moment you have decided to schedule an appointment, to have a clear and direct communication with that part of you that is able to provide healing and information.  Let’s call that part of you, your Higher Self.
  • “I have clear and direct communication with my Higher Self”. Note the tense of this sentence. It’s not “I will have,” its “I have.”You can then repeat this intention either silently or out loud throughout your day and most importunately, right before you go to sleep at night.  
  • Put a “post it note” on your bathroom mirror to remind you and you can focus upon your intention as you brush your teeth and prepare for bed.
  • You will want to prepare a list of questions and concerns.  As your facilitator I ask that you write this list down on paper to bring with you to your appointment.  
  • Please neatly hand write the list in order of importance to you as we may not be able to address them all.  I have had many clients bring a single question or issue of concern to the session, and some who bring dozens.  It really does not matter how many you come up with, only that you put them in order of importance.
  • What kind of questions?  The general rule is to ask personal questions or keep topics related to your personal life.  Here are a few examples: 

·  I have had asthma since birth.  Why?  Can it be healed?

·  I am in a new love relationship.  Is this person the right one for me?

·  I really dislike my hob and would like to quit and find a new one.  Should I?

·  I have a difficult relationship with my sister.  Why is this so and can it be resolved?

·  Many years ago I had something strange happen to me. (This could be a dream, vision, feeling, or experience). What exactly happened, and why?

·  I have a lifelong interest in (name AHY subject) can we explore this in depth?

·  Am I on my right spiritual path?

·  Can I meet my spirit guide or guardian angel?

·  Can I improve my intuitive or psychic skills?  How?

·  How can I create more peace or balance or abundance in my life?

·  How do I have optimal health, can this be achieved and what do I need to know?

  • More examples by category:

1.  The first and focused set of questions you will write about: 

Physical & Health related issues and concerns.  (Please note that these questions will only pertain to you.)

  • Here are some examples:

·  Can healing from  ____________________, be achieved and if so, what methods or insights will facilitate this process?  Can this be healed today?

·  Understanding my role in the healing journey is essential; do I need to actively participate, and are there specific actions or knowledge required for optimal results?

·  Shifting my responses to past traumas is crucial: what approaches can help me achieve this transformation?

·  Unraveling the deeper meaning behind feelings of low energy is vital: what insights can guide me in this exploration?

·  Investigating the cause of pain or discomfort in ____________(specific areas) prompts healing: what insights reveal the root of these sensations?

·  Completing the healing journey from ______________(fill in) is a priority; what steps lead to its full Exploring mental health and addressing childhood traumas is foundational; how can I cultivate lasting healing and resilience?

·  Prioritizing the enhancement of my sexual experience is crucial; what actions can I take to foster fulfillment in this aspect of my life?

·  Committing to quitting (smoking or drinking alcohol )___________________is a transformative choice; how can I replace this habit with a positive, life-enhancing practice that aligns with my well-being and fosters personal growth?

2.  The second set of questions you will write about:

  • Personal & Life-Oriented this might be related to purpose, path, and guidance.

·  Clarifying my life’s purpose is a priority; what steps can guide me in understanding and fulfilling it?

·  How can I align my actions and decisions with the guidance that leads to fulfillment and purpose?

·  What insights can guide me toward growth and a sense of purpose along my life’s path?

·  Confronting and overcoming fears is empowering; which fears have been hindering my progress?

·  Releasing limiting beliefs is transformative; which beliefs must I let go of to propel my personal growth?

·  Engaging fully in personal power transforms my life; what does life look like when I embrace this power completely?

·  Honoring boundaries with others is crucial; how can I establish and maintain them effectively?

·  Nurturing abundance in my life is a goal; how can I manifest and sustain it?

·  Building confidence in decision making is essential; what practices can enhance my self-assurance?

·  Improving communication and understanding requires conscious effort; in what ways can I enhance these aspects in my relationships?

If time permits there is a third category. 

3.  The third set of questions you will write about (if time permits):

  • Metaphysical or General Curiosity this might be related to visions, patterns, angels, a birthmark’s meaning, aliens, time travel are a few examples.

·  Exploring my unique role in healing ancestral lineage is significant; what actions contribute to this transformative process?

·  What purpose do my visions serve, and what deeper meaning can I derive from them?

·  Understanding the significance of patterns, whether serendipitous, synchronistic, or numerical, offers valuable insights; what lessons or messages do they convey, and how can I apply this knowledge?

·  Delving into encounters with Angels, unveils profound feelings; In what ways do these celestial beings influence my life, and what patterns or gifts might they present?

·  Investigating the realm of alien’s sparks curiosity; what insights can I gain from such experiences or information, and how does it relate to my journey?

·  Exploring the concept of time travel; is it possible and if so, what lessons or takeaways can be gleaned?

·  I have a birthmark since childbirth; Is this from another life or something else?  Can you remove it for me?

Part 2

  • Setting Positive Intention Guide for Quantum Healing Hypnosis®

Setting Positive Intention:

  • Ensure your intentions align with your values and what truly matters to you.  Trust and allow the process, knowing your higher self is attentive to your questions. 

Building Confidence:

Roxanne is confident in her skill set, ensuring your successful hypnosis experience.   

Visualization Techniques:

Create a mental image of a successful Quantum Healing Hypnosis® experience.  Feel the peace wash over you, envisioning relaxation, and ease.  Breathe into this sense of comfort as you enter a trance, allowing a unique and unpredictable experience without trying to foresee the outcome.

Expressing Gratitude:

Be grateful for the opportunity to explore a deeper, more peaceful aspect of your earthly experience.  Embrace the chance for expansion and healing, acknowledging the significance of this transformative journey.

Several Day’s Before Your Session

Part 3

  • Preparing Your Mind and Body for Your Quantum Healing® Session:

1.  Continue to take your prescription medications as recommended by your physician. 

2.  The night prior and day of your appointment, it’s suggested to abstain from alcohol and recreational drugs (if possible.)

3.  Reduce or limit caffeine and sugar intake.

4.  Prioritize a healthy, balanced meal with fresh whole foods, fruits, and vegetables. 

5.  Stay hydrated for optimal mind-body balance.

6.  Read the Setting Positive Intention Guide on page five of your provided materials.

7.  If you meditate, maintain your practice for enhanced relaxation.  For non-meditators, consider the Heart Math Quick Coherence Technique™:

  • ·  Focus your attention on your heart, breathing slower and deeper.

Suggestion:  Inhale 5 seconds, exhale 5 seconds (or whatever rhythm is comfortable)

  • ·  Generate regenerative feelings, like appreciation or care for someone or something.
  • Suggestion: Try to re-experience the feeling you have for someone you love, a pet, a special place, an accomplishment, etc. or focus on a feeling of calm or ease.” (heartmath.com, 2023 November 11).
  • ·  Inhale and exhale comfortably, maintaining a rhythm that suits you.(heartmath.com, 2023 November 11).

8.  Plan a hearty, grounding meal for after the session.

Note: These suggestions aim to optimize your experience and are not mandatory.  Your comfort and well-being are our priorities. 

Several Day’s Before Your Session

Part 4

  • Preparing Space for Quantum Healing Hypnosis® Session

PLAN AHEAD!

  • The following applies for your session.  If you are traveling for your session with a friend or loved one, please be sure they understand they will not be able to stay.  Expect up to 6 hours.  If you have company or kids, this all must be handled ahead so there are absolutely no interruptions.

1.  Your appointment is a private one-on-one, no one else may be present at your appointment other than you NO EXCEPTIONS.  Please plan accordingly.

2.  Be sure you book your appointment where you do not have to rush off or be somewhere after as you will want to take it easy and just take in the information that came to you in your session, be kind to yourself and honor your experience.

3.  It is essential to have a space free from noise and distractions.

4.  Place a sign on doorbell “do not disturb”.

5.  Turn off phone or volume all the way down or perhaps on airplane mode.  Sometimes phone reminders and alerts will still sound, please be certain to silence ahead of appointment.  

6.  Please have all pets-free from distraction.  Being touched in any way can send an energetic bolt of energy through your body while in trance.

7.  Be sure you have chosen a comfortable space to lay down, one that you could very easily fall asleep in.  

8.  Lighting should be dimmed; we will require some light.

9.  Be sure you are dressed comfortable and relaxed.

10. Bring water and healthy snack for after.

11. Bring your meaningful questions.

  • THE DAY OF MY SESSION | WHAT CAN I EXPECT?


On the day of you Quantum Healing Hypnosis® session, I’ll guide you through a discussion about your life and the meaningful questions you’ve prepared, fostering a relaxed and open atmosphere for communication.  


Following our conversation, we’ll take a brief break to ensure a calm and prepared space.


Next, you’ll relax in a comfortable, low-lit environment as I gently guide you into a relaxed state.  This meditative journey will bring you to a state where you're ready to connect with your higher self.


As you relax into this heightened state and establish a connection with your higher self, trust the process and freely express what you see, hear, feel, and observe. 


The more you share, the more profound the experience becomes.   


TIPS When You Are Under Hypnosis:


1)  You might be wondering, “can I really be hypnotized?” 


The answer is a resounding yes! This is fantastic news as it means you’ll be incredibly relaxed and open to experiencing your highest and best outcome.


2)  Whenever I ask you a question: trust and say the first thing that comes to mind.


3)  When I ask you to see something: see it in as much detail as possible.


4)  Talk, Talk, Talk!  I cannot see what you are seeing, so you will have to talk to me.  The more you talk the better the session.


5)  This session is unique to you, allow the process, relax, and trust.


6)  You’re going to have a wonderful experience!


You are going to be so relaxed and comfortable with Roxanne, she has such an open heart and ever present listener.  This is truly a space kindness.

AFTER MY QUANTUM HEALING HYPNOSIS SESSION

 AFTER MY SESSION:

  •  You will receive a digital recording of the session in your email and/or text.
  • Ensure you check your spam folder within a few hours.  Note: Download the recording to your computer or phone for the complete file.  following the session.
  • ·  If you're not using Dropbox, many clients successfully download their recordings to devices without an account.
  • ·  Listening without downloading only plays approximately 30 minutes.  Download the full file to access the entire session.
  • ·  Save the recording on your device as availability may not be guaranteed after a few days.
  • ·  If you’re a Dropbox user, I will already given permission based on the e-mail you shared; If you have Dropbox under a different e-mail, I’ll grant permission upon receiving the request at coachroxystory@outlook.com..
  • ·  Text me if you do not receive the recording (970) 773-3971.
  • Listen to the recording daily for maximum benefits, especially before bedtime when the subconscious mind is receptive to information.
  • Stay hydrated, eat a healthy grounding meal
  • Consider engaging in activities like taking a walk, enjoying an Epsom salt bath, meditating, journaling, or anything promoting peace and tranquility.
  • Relax into your normal sleep cycle.  If 8, 9, or 10 p.m. is your usual bedtime, avoid napping and remain awake until bedtime if possible.
  • As you fall asleep, ask the Higher Self questions that you may need clarity on.  Be specific in your questions, it may be helpful to write in a journal to see what you notice in the positive.  
  • Again, it is important to continue to listen to the recording regularly.

CODE OF PROFESSIONAL ETHICS

As a QHHT® Certified Practitioner, I shall assist in maintaining the integrity and competence of the Hypnosis Profession by agreeing to abide by the following code of professional ethics.

1. I will conduct sessions at all times in a professional manner within a professional setting.

2. I will obey all federal, state, and local laws and regulations concerning the practice of hypnosis.

3. All matters between practitioner and client shall be confidential. No third party shall have access to information given to the you by the client or the client’s session recording. Exceptions:

a) When the client has granted permission in writing to divulge private information

b) Where life is at risk by withholding private information

c) By force of law

4. Sexual activity shall not occur between practitioner and a client during the complete course of sessions from Practitioner and for a period of at least 2 years after the professional relationship has ended.

5. Practitioner shall have a responsible attitude in retaining the good name of hypnotist by attention to personal conduct.

6. Practitioner shall keep up-to-date with material and innovation in the field of hypnosis.

7. Prior to entering into any professional relationship, practitioner shall disclose to the client the nature of the session, the purpose of the session, the anticipated length of the session, and potential cost of the session.

8. If during the course of a session, information is disclosed that would suggest that a referral or consultation with other professionals would be appropriate, the session shall be terminated, and the referral or consultation shall be made if requested by the client.

9. If Practitioner is working by referral from another professional, hypnotist shall only perform such services as are specified in the referral and shall terminate the relationship after such services are provided.

10.  Practitioner shall terminate their relationship with a client when the client can no longer benefit from continued service.
