This document is a vital legal agreement outlining the assumption of risks associated with following the advice or insights of Intuitive coach/consultant Roxanne Story, operating as an advising practitioner, consultant, and mentor through Alchemist Path, LLC, and its representatives.
1. Waiver, Informed Consent and Covenant Not to Sue
I, {Your Name}, acknowledge voluntarily participation in paid or unpaid sessions, workshops, programs, or appointments with Roxanne Story and/or advisors available through Alchemist Path, LLC or ONE® Center. This includes services such as coaching, tuning forks, singing bowls, intuitive coaching, workshop attendance, energy healing, QHHT®, HeartMath®, Success Principles®, Power of Eight®, CE5, Group, and/or individual offerings and any other future offerings.
In consideration of Alchemist Path, LLC, ONE® Center, Roxanne Story, there employees, subcontractors, or affiliates agreeing to instruct, assist, advise, or train me, I release and discharge the company, its agents, heirs, assignees, contractors, and employees from any claims, damages, present or future, arising out of my participation.
- I understand that Alchemist Path, LLC, ONE® Center, Roxanne Story are affiliates of several connected Affiliate products and services these will be labeled: (paid link), #ad, #commission earned in one form or another.
- And Alchemist Path, LLC as an Amazon Associate earns from qualifying purchases.
I understand that members, employees, owners, affiliates of Alchemist Path, LLC, ONE® Center do not provide legal, medical, or therapeutic advice, and I am responsible for securing such advisement. I assume all risks associated with activities and programs, acknowledging no warranties or representations have been made regarding achieved results.
2. Addendum Waiver, Release, and Assumption of Risk for Classes and Workshops
This addendum extends the waiver release and assumption of risk for participation in classes or workshops with Alchemist Path, LLC, ONE® Center, Roxanne Story, and associated affiliates, partners, employees, subcontractors or otherwise associated individuals
In rare instances where challenges arise, authorities within Alchemist Path, LLC , ONE® Center, Roxanne, employees, independent contractors, affiliates or otherwise associate parties ---regarding the following classes have the right to end association with a participant without prior notice. Participants may be disconnected from social media or class forums, with refunds issued as per policies.
I acknowledge that I have thoroughly read and understood this waiver and release. By visiting this website, reading this document, or purchasing/using products or series, I am waiving any rights to bring legal action against Alchemist Path, LLC, ONE® Center, Roxanne Story, or associated individuals, its affiliates, or otherwise associated parties for any reason, including negligence.
By continuing to use this website, read this document, or engage with any products or services offered by Alchemist Path, LLC, and/or ONE® Center, Roxanne Story, or associated individuals, it's affiliates, or otherwise associated parties for any reason - you herby confirm your understanding and agreement to all policies procedures, the acceptance of policies and procedures, as well as the waiver release and assumption of risk agreement outlined herein.
Your continued engagement serves as your acknowledgment and consent to waive any rights for legal action against Alchemist Path, LLC, ONE® Center, Roxanne Story, associated individuals, affiliates, or otherwise associated parties, including claims arising from negligence.
